Our workshop session offers mentees a chance to engage in small-group interactions, where mentors will share the unique approaches that give them their creative edge. Through live demonstrations and personal insights, mentors will show how their unconventional methods and hard-earned lessons have shaped their success in the live production industry. Mentees will gain valuable perspectives on overcoming challenges creatively, exploring innovative problem-solving skills that defy expectations and inspire fresh approaches to their own work.

This multi-industry live production panel unites experts from entertainment, music, sports, religious services, weddings, funerals, corporate events, and more. With 5 to 20 years of experience, panelists will share how they collaborate and why each role is essential to the whole process. Mentees will gain insight into diverse event types, ask questions, and provide feedback from their workshop sessions, deepening their understanding of teamwork and industry dynamics.

During this period, we’ll be preparing for a showcase where each mentee is assigned tasks to support a live audience music performance and talk show. This practical experience enables mentees to apply their skills directly to real-world settings. Graphic designers will create key on-screen elements like lower thirds, advertisements, and opening/closing credits, while sound engineers will manage front-of-house audio and monitors for the guest artist. This immersive approach builds essential skills, preparing mentees for the demands of live production.
